The project involves a thorough refurbishment to the M&S flagship store of 177,000sq.ft. whilst the store continuous to trade. A full refurbishment was carried out to all back stage areas. New architectural lighting was installed to customer movement areas.

This scheme also included a full façade refurbishment using the latest waterless cleaning technology.
