The Project involved the extension and refurbishment of an existing Marks and Spencer store in the centre of Liverpool.

The building is divided into two distinct parts an 1860’s grade II listed building to the front which was fully refurbished and a 1970’s rear extension.  The sales floor space increased by 17,000 sq.ft.  The store continued to trade throughout the duration of the project.
