This challenging project involved a retail fit out of a previous Sainsbury's Savacentre shell, to create one of the largest new M&S stores recently opened with a floor space of over 100,000sq.ft. over 2 levels. Works include major structural modifications to the existing roof, the construction of a complete new mezzanine floor which also involved a host of other new retail initiatives. Two customer cafes and a deli bar were included within the scheme.
