Location: Victoria, London |

Our Role: Cost Management |
The scheme involved Marks & Spencer's expansion into Victoria, which formed a key part of the new £200 million Land Securities mixed-use development of Cardinal Place, London and provided a store trading entirely at ground floor level with a sales area of 27,600 sq ft. The works included the full fit-out of the developers shell to the latest Marks and Spencer fit-out specification and formed a benchmark for the new generation of Marks & Spencer stores.
The procurement route chosen for the scheme moved away from the familiar Design and Build 2 Stage Negotiation to a fully designed Single Stage Lump Sum bid.
We agreed a demanding 19 week programme and the project was successfully delivered. |
