The scheme involves the refurbishment of the existing Burger King restaurants on Lord Street.

The scheme will include now external signage, new floor wall and ceiling finishes as well as new furniture and fixtures and fittings.

The scheme will also receive a consequential upgrade to services, including new lighting.
