The scheme comprised the vertical integration and fit out of several units at the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, to form an Esprit Retail Outlet. The project involved complete services and finishes fit out, which included linking the 2 units by a new glass lift and staircase.

Our fast tracked programme enabled the store to be trading within 12 weeks of site possession.
