The scheme involves the conversion of a series of grade 2 office buildings at Southampton Row/High Holborn into an 85 room 4 star hotel with associated bars and a signature restaurant.

The project involves extensive and complex internal alterations including new staircases, new lifts and completely new services and finishes. The scheme also includes the creation of additional space behind the elevated mansard.
