Four schools within the London Borough of Merton have been awarded Sixth Form Centres to take 120 pupils for the start of the 2010 Academic Year.

Bruce Shaw's pre-contract role consists of reviewing contract documentation on behalf of the Contractor, leading design meetings, preparing tender documentation, appointing sub-contractors, preparing due diligence reports for presenting to the Contractor and liaison with the district planners monitoring the discharge of outstanding conditions.  

During the construction phase Bruce Shaw's role involves site management, logistical delivery of pre-fabricated modular units, monthly meetings, reviewing progress against programme, health and safety reviews and identifying problems with a view to managing the solutions.

The post construction phase involves Bruce Shaw monitoring progress and the sign off of the Defects Liability Period."
