115,000 sq ft in a prime London location to provide a speculative Cat A development of the highest quality.

Works included the replacement of an existing mechanical VAV system to a 4 pipe fan coil installation, major building alterations and a structural glazed roof to the atrium.

The Client's key drivers were programme and quality. The overall project duration was 18 months with a 13 month period on site, the procurement challenges were managed with the design team by creating a procurement strategy that allowed the client a blend of cost certainty and speed of delivery.
