Development of new UK Headquarters within an existing business park.

The project involved offices and showroom accommodation of 25,000 sq ft, along with a separate distribution facility of 35,000 sq ft.

This development was situated in a semi rural location and had an extensive landscaping and external works programme to compliment the surrounding area.
