The scope of this project encompassed the installation of new externally located Generators and internal UPS's within plant rooms.

The project involved the improvement of the existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure resilience of two existing Data Halls within a multi-tenanted building, to achieve "zero downtime" for planned maintenance works. This project was challenging as works were to be carried out while the facility was "live", and also the current facility relied on plant not owned by the Client.

The programme required the works to be completed to enable full testing during the Landlord's Shutdown over Easter 2007.
