We have undertaken the Cost Management and Project Management totalling 110,000 sq ft Cat B fit out. The project formed part of a large capital roll-out programme and determined the brief and correct budget allocation for other internal EDS customers. The phased occupation required a procurement strategy to combine the design and site implementation. Bruce Shaw were also responsible for the cost management of furniture, security, IT installations and catering equipment.
