Scottish Provident Building is a Grade 1 listed building, situated in Belfast City Centre. A complete refurbishment of the building has taken place over a number of years to provide modern high specification offices. Refurbishment comprised of structural upgrades and alterations, provision of new services installations together with new finishes in sympathy with the original building design.
