Bruce Shaw are appointed as Cost Managers on the fit-out of Marks & Spencer's extended corporate headquarters in Paddington Basin, London. The Category A and B installations encompass, general office accommodation, meeting room suites, catering facilities, product areas and services support areas, over a net area of 160,000sq.ft.

Bruce Shaw were initially engaged as part of the due diligence team for Marks and Spencer and were involved in agreeing commercial matters with the Developer.

The project involves the relocation and decanting of approximately 800 staff from two existing facilities to suit the revised accommodation strategy.

The project is due for completion 2011.
