Bruce Shaw were appointed as Project and Cost Managers for the fit out of 70,000 sq.ft. of office accommodation in the heart of London's Banking community.
The project comprised of a Cat A & B fit-out of Grade A office accommodation to provide a bespoke environment to meet the Banks expanding corporate requirements.
The scope, also included an executive meeting suite, staff restaurant, critical facilities, computer rooms and trading floor.
The project was procured under a two stage procurement strategy and the anticipated on site programme was 22 weeks.
