The project was procured under a Design and Build strategy and the on site programme was 12 weeks.
Bruce Shaw were appointed as Cost Managers for the fit out of 28,000 sq ft office accommodation in the heart of London’s Mayfair. The clients’ objective for this project was to change the style of working from cellular to open plan office accommodation.

The project encompassed the fit-out of grade A office accommodation to provide a comfortable environment to meet the accounting and consultancy company’s changing corporate requirements.

The works were phased and completed while the client was in occupation. There was extensive liaison with the landlord’s technical team throughout the project.
